When I'm at work, I often find myself collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that have the potential to bring about positive change and enhance operational efficiency. I believe that emphasising customer engagement and process optimisation is key to supporting the company's mission to achieve seamless digital integration and business growth.

Drawing upon my prior professional experiences in diverse business sectors, I can identify and implement effective solutions, thereby demonstrating my ability to adapt to and contribute in various professional contexts. I have been fortunate enough to accumulate professional experience in the field of international retail business development, as well as in international supply chain operations and domestic daily goods headquarters operations, and as a store manager. As a team leader, I have always seen the well-being and education of my team as a key ingredient in achieving sustainable growth. Customer care has been, and continues to be, a fundamental aspect of my professional practice at all levels.
